My Monsters

The Homunculi Approach, developed by Anne Greig and Professor Tommy MacKay, uses creative visual characters, “monsters” and “helpers” to support children’s social and emotional wellbeing in a safe and engaging way. These resources help children explore feelings, anxiety and behaviour, while developing emotional understanding, coping strategies and self-expression through imagination and play.
