We aim to provide compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming, and accessible support for children, young people, and families. All services include individualised recommendations and professional guidance tailored to each young person’s needs.


Assessments & Profiling


  • ADI-R Assessment with comprehensive report – please enquire

  • ADOS-2 Assessment with comprehensive report – please enquire

  • Sensory Profiling Assessment with report – £145

  • Interoception Awareness Assessment with report – £125

  • Emotional Regulation Assessment with report – £125


Child Observation


Neurodiversity-affirming observations within nursery, school, or educational settings, including a comprehensive written report and recommendations.


  • Child Observation with comprehensive report – £250


Includes:

  • observation within educational setting

  • strengths-based formulation

  • practical recommendations and strategies

  • support for EHCP processes and educational understanding

Travel within 10 miles is included. Additional travel charges may apply outside this area.


Individual Support


We offer flexible individual support tailored to the needs of children, young people, and families.


Support may include:


  • one-to-one therapeutic LEGO®-Based sessions – £75 per hour

  • EHCP guidance and support – £60 per hour

  • attendance at EHCP reviews and meetings – £60 per hour

  • personalised support plans based on parent consultation –  £75

  • EOTAS / alternative provision support –  £90 per session

  • report writing and professional documentation – £100 per hour


Therapeutic Wellbeing Sessions


Supportive one-to-one wellbeing sessions for young people and parents focused on emotional wellbeing, reflection, emotional regulation, and supportive therapeutic conversation.


  • Therapeutic wellbeing sessions (trainee therapist rate) – £25 per session ( 50 mins)

  • Guided Meditation sessions - £35 per session ( 50 mins)


Please note: these are supportive therapeutic wellbeing sessions and not formal counselling or psychotherapy sessions.



Financial Support

At Caleidoscope CIC, we understand that accessing support can sometimes feel financially challenging for families. We are committed to keeping support as accessible as possible and may be able to offer reduced-cost support in some circumstances.

We are also currently exploring flexible payment options, including Klarna.
